"Welcome to Hillview" Class |

Starts in January @ 11am on Sunday mornings at Hillview we will be presenting our second of four Foundation Series classes for the Adult Sunday school at 10am:
"Welcome to Hillview – The Principles We Live Byl"
This class is a must for all who would like to know more about why Hillview does what it does with regard to worship, fellowship, leadership, etc.
Some of the topics covered will be:
- God's Definition and Commision of the Church
- Edification of the Church through teaching of the Word, Fellowship, Servanthood and Stewardship
- Exaltation through Breaking of Bread and Prayer
- Evangelism
- Families in the Church
- Church Purity
- Roles of Elders and Deacons
All are invited to attend who have not completed this class before. It will be another two years before this class is offered again so seriously consider taking it this time around. |

Bible Survey 2: Joshua to 1 Chronicles |

Bible Survey I is a 13 week course providing an overview of Joshua to 1 Chronicles. When: Wednesday evenings, 7pm at Hillview starting Jan-2012. This course is open to anyone who wishes to participate, ages 14 and older. It is taught, however, on an adult level. For students not taking the class for credit, it is recommended, but not required, that they read the assigned passage each week before class and complete the homework questions. |
